Draft for legal review — not yet in force.
What we collect
Your name and phone number when you create an account; your orders, tickets and payment references; your approximate location when you choose to find things near you; and device information needed to keep the app working and secure. Card details are handled by our payment partners and never stored by UniPulse.
Why we use it
To show you vendors and events nearby, process your payments, deliver your collection codes and tickets, keep you updated on your order, prevent fraud, and respond when you ask for help. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
The vendor or organiser you buy from sees what they need to fulfil your order or admit you to an event. Our payment, messaging and hosting partners process data on our behalf under contract. We share data with authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can do this from the app, or by emailing hello@unipulse.ng. Deletion is completed once any open orders, tickets or merchant balances are settled.
Retention
We keep transaction records for as long as tax and payment rules require, and account data for as long as your account is open. Enquiry form submissions from this website are kept until we have responded and for twelve months after.
Security and breaches
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
