Vendor FAQ

Straight answers before you sign up.

How do I get paid?

Buyers pay online before the order reaches you. Once the order is completed, the money — minus UniPulse's commission — is settled to the bank account on your profile. Every statement shows the full fee breakdown, line by line.

Who handles delivery?

You do. You set your delivery zones and fee, and you or your own rider fulfil it. Buyers can also choose to collect in person. UniPulse has no rider fleet and takes no cut of your delivery fee.

What if I need to reject an order?

You can reject within the acceptance window. The buyer's money goes back to their card or account automatically, and they're told how long that takes. Rejections count against your outlet's health, so keep your menu and stock up to date.

What does it cost?

There's no fee to list. UniPulse takes a commission on each completed order; the rate depends on your plan and is shown before you confirm anything. Paid plans lower the commission and add tools like analytics and promotions.

Do I need a smartphone?

Yes — an Android phone is enough. New orders ring loudly until you respond, and escalate to SMS if they're missed.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Add staff to your outlet with their own logins and roles. Owners see finances; staff see orders.
